Constitutionality of Full Body Scans at the Airport

As travel is increased during this time of year, security measures at the airport are at is most heightened.  The newest security measure – full body scans.  Not surprisingly, there has been much debate over the invasiveness of this security measure.  The burning question is will this be deemed unconstitutionally so?  Although the Supreme Court has not reviewed this issue, a recent article highlights possible insight into Justice Alito’s mindset when he reviewed airport screening measures generally while sitting on the US Court of Appeals.  The article can be found here: http://www.abajournal.com/news/article/airport_body_scanners_may_violate_alitos_minimally_intrusive_test/
